  • I know the food is good but they keep losing money, especially from our family. I know the line is "designed" to not overwhelm the kitchen but enough is enough. EXPAND THE KITCHEN. HIRE MORE PEOPLE. Very simple. Invest in the expansion, build the kitchen expansion you so can service more people. You lost a group of 14 tonight (at least $200), another group last week of 11 (at least $100) and twice last year of at least $300 combined. So sad you haven't figured out the wait for the line. Instead we leave and tell others on the way in its a 45 minute wait, you might want to go elsewhere. If you lost $1,000 from us over a few times, I don't know what other families have lost for you for revenue....Tens of thousands in revenue....We have stopped attempting to go and have told others and they are fed up with the waits too of one cashier. Good riddance. We have given you a few years and nothing has changed...VALUE OUR TIME. It appears not...
