  • By far and away the worst customer service of any bank I've ever been in. I walked in with a certified funds cashiers check I provided my drivers license and then they requested additional identification. What a joke a certified funds cashiers check drawn on their own bank is "cash" they were rude, arrogant and overall classless. Stick with another bank, one that actually cares about you, your family and the Wayne which they contact them selves when trying to conduct business.
