  • I don't complain about much I understand people screw and things happen. I have a feeling the reason republic is this way is because they have a monopoly in Las Vegas. I called and transferred my service and let them know it was a brand new community so it would be difficult to find the residence. It's been over a week Im and I still haven't had my trash cans delivered now I have trash piling up. I been calling back and fourth all day and have not gotten any resolution. I was told I needed to talk to a consultant and the "consultant" even wondered why they transferred me. I'm actually on the phone on hold now for over an hour and still waiting. I wouldn't label them as rude or disrespectful even despite me losing my patients with them, at this point I honestly think the logistics and administration are a bunch of morons and not in a derogatory term I mean they don't know their head from their ass. I'm not even mad more like I just feel sorry for them.
