rev:text	We have used this company twice. The first time we had no issues and it was great! So we used them again for our most recent move. That was a mistake. They had 2 guys come (one being the owner)... they loaded the truck quick and everything was going smooth until they started to u load. We hired a professional moving company so our items would NOT be damaged since we were moving into a 3 story house and knew we couldn't handle the move on our own. My couch now has a rip in it. My marble dining table (that was $2400) has a leg broken off and my baby crib (which I've used for all 3 of my children and has sentimental importance to me) is missing one of the mattress railing and I am unable to use it. The table we told them had a damage leg... when they unloaded it I watched the owner try to push the table (On his own) towards the front of the truck while he waited for the other guy to come help... well you can't push a 400lb marble top table.. I'm not a professional mover and even I know this. So of course the leg that already had some damage to it snapped right off. Did they offer anything to repair it or even a discount on the move... nope.. nothing. The couch.. yes... it's a big heavy couch with recliners which needed to me moved to the second floor where the living area is... again.. We hired professional movers for it to not be damaged.. there's is a rip in the seam now from being pushed and scraped against the walls.. which also have scrapes on them and will need to be repainted. My baby crib... one of the mattress rails is missing... I was unaware it was missing until about 2 weeks ago when I went to assemble it. We have called MULTIPLE times regarding this issue and no one will return our phone calls. I have been looking for a replacement but this crib is no longer made. I am so disappointed in this company. Their quality of work has declined tremendously. I would never recommend them to anyone. I do not consider them professional movers.
