  • Do not use this company. My garage door would only go half way down when the remote control was used. After I tried to make self adjustments the problem persisted. This would seem like a simple repair for a professional. I called Precision Door Service. The company's website offers a "free estimate". This is just a way to use high pressure sales tactics on the spot to sell new garage door openers. They are not interested in putting pen to paper or repairing your existing equipment. When I balked at the technician's pitch and asked for a written estimate, he became aggressive in stating that the minimum to come to my home to asses the garage door was $149. So much for a free estimate. Stay away!
