  • This neighborhood shop just off Indian School is exactly what you'd want from an honest, hard-working, and reliable operation. I was returning from a road trip to Prescott when I started to hear some major grinding coming from the front passenger side of my 2012 Civic as I was making my way down through the mountains. After a bit of research I could determine it was likely my brake pads, and the sound I was hearing was likely metal-on-metal grind. Not good. I made it home safely and was recommended 25th Street Auto Shop by my brother, who had several friends in the neighborhood who had used their shop and been pleased with the service and results. I called Bill (owner) first thing Monday morning and told him a little bit about my issue and what I thought it might be. He was extremely professional and understanding, and despite it being peak-season for them (summer), he would be able to get my car in first thing Tuesday morning. I brought it in and was quoted a very reasonable price for the parts and service. By Wednesday evening I had my car back, and even learned they were able to save me a ton of money through some maintenance work on my rotors that would have undoubtedly skyrocketed my bill for replacement. I can't imagine another shop would have gone the extra mile like this to save a new customer substantial money. The 2018 BBB Torch Award for Ethics, 10 years of AAA Top Shop and a host of other awards only serve to underline the level of quality and service at 25th Street Automotive. I would highly recommend them for anyone in the Biltmore/Arcadia area and would say it's well-worth a trip out of your way to have work done by these individuals.
