  • Everyone in this office is So. Dang. Nice. I know that seems like a generic thing to say about a place where you EXPECT them to be nice, but these people are really special. Here are some other things that stand out for me: *I've never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. *I never feel rushed, neither do I feel like they are taking too long. Goldilocks dental chair, just right. *Dr. Sanchez takes the time to answer every question, and also to listen. *I've had 3 or 4 things done in the past 6 months and all of them were painless and I've been super pleased. *Both Jacqui and Laura are amazing. They are easy to talk to, make me feel at ease, and make the time seem to pass quickly with their delightful sense of humor. *The bags that you get with the toothpaste, toothbrush, after a visit? These are more special than I've seen at other places (there is a BOW on it). That's not really important but it shows an attention to detail that I feel should be mentioned. I always feel like I am their favorite, but I'm sure they make everyone feel that way. 10 /10 would recommend.
