I'm so glad I came to Yelp to read the reviews that basically confirmed my experience last evening.I didn't want to believe this place was a rip-off, but I'm confident it is... I inquired online about a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland edition. I had a feeling the deal may be too good to be true, but wanted to do my due diligence and check the vehicle out. I was emailed and followed up by text message almost immediately by Michael. I have a feeling Michael might have been really great to work with, because he attempted to accommodate my schedule by having someone he trusted to give me a test drive even though he wouldn't be there at the time I could come.
When I arrived I walked into the lobby and stood directly in front of the greeting desk where no one was there to greet potential customers. I stood there for a good 5-7 minutes and everyone on Earth passed me by without even so much as a "Hello". The ladies at the Cashier finally asked if I needed help and I explained that I was there to meet with Elmore Martin. They paged him twice and then finally asked a gentleman where he was...they explained he'd be right back in just a few minutes. Needless to say 30 minutes later no Elmore and I didn't even get to test drive the vehicle.
I hightailed it all the way from N. Scottsdale to Mesa during rush hour. Took me an entire hour to get there only to not even be acknowledged. I was physically tired and tire of waiting.
I was ready to be able to make a decision on purchasing as I was pre-approved for Chrysler financing and Superstition Springs missed out. I'm sure I didn't miss out on anything. The deal seemed too good to be true and judging by the majority of the reviews I was right. I most likely would've ended up with a beautiful lemon!
