  • Great store, great selection, don't like the fat woman at the front and don't like their way of doing business. The woman is a tough butch and makes us feel like a criminal if we don't give them our purses before going into the warehouse. I'm a long time customer, before they took our purses. They don't have a sign - the woman just yells at people as they attempt to enter the warehouse with their purses. Once, the line up to check the purse at the front was so long, that I figured she wouldn't even notice. I attempted to duck in - she noticed. Boy, did she notice! I felt like the police had been siced on me and were going to carry me off to jail. However, they have a great selection of pet supplies, many of which are not available at any of the regular pet stores. Prices are great, much better than the pet stores. So, I put up with having to check my purse and the service that varies from fair to excellent. I would have said good to excellent except an employee once sold me a couple of accessories to a product that I have, insisting they were compatible. They were not. I don't appreciate inaccurate information that caused me to part with my money and end up with a products I cannot use. I hope I can return them. Despite the "leave your purse up front policy" and the front desk help that is often rather slow and usually not friendly, it is still well worth going. The prices make it well worth it.
