  • RPM managed 2 houses for me for 2 years in the Phoenix area. They simply could not have done a worse job if they had tried. They NEVER got qualified renters, the response time for emails or phone calls was at least 2 to 3 days if at all, the houses were never inspected properly, and to top it all off, they left the water running and cost me $750. for a water bill from when the hose was empty!! They refused to cover the bill even though it was clearly their fault. The renters either didn't pay the rent and/or they trashed the houses. Whatever you do, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! You will be sorry as I was.
