  • Today is 5/3/15, I'm om flight #772 Newark to Phoenix, I've mention to the flight crew 2 times that it's an ICE BOX cold in the cabin, they have an aloof flippant attitude and just don't care, they said it would be mentioned to the captain and yet no response, I guess this is the way they treat cattle. I detest this airline, oh and what's up with their magazine being partly in Spanish, guess we now know who they intent to cater to, not English speaking client but to the Mexican client. I wish Jet Blue flew this route as I would be fling with them.
