This is really about the Earnhardt finance department. I went online to apply for a loan and just wanted to know if I would receive a response immediately or would i have to go in and talk to them. I really didn't want to waste my time if the terms were not acceptable to me so i started an online chat with them. I asked my simple question and they couldn't answer it. They wanted my name and probably a hundred other things before they would get around to answering it and I'm assuming (which is really all I can do since they didn't answer) that I would have to go in and find out the terms. Crappy service.
