  • I give this 2 stars because they did change the oil. However, after paying for the upgraded service ~$91.00; they did not put on the oil cap or the tighten the oil filter and therefore we had an oil leak. Took it to the dealer and they had us take it back the Meineke. The supervisor said he was "sorry it happened." Seriously? I would have thought he might have offered a small discount on our next return. We will not return. There are so many other GOOD Meineke car care centers close by. A little customer service goes a long way!
