  • Went in for a brow wax. It was $12. Completely disappointed. Kim did my eyebrows and before she got started I explained to her exactly how I wanted my eyebrows since this past time someone messed up. Im picky on how my brows look and like the point to match my natural curve. The last place I went to messed uo and moved the point to the center of the brow. I have bad carpel tunnel so it is difficult for me to do my brows now. Kim said she understood what I wanted and continued. When she finished I saw that she left me thick rounded brows. I dont like rounded brows. I like straight lines. I showed her through a mirror what i wanted and she just shaved it down a bit saying that she doesnt want to cut more because it wont grow back. Umm...I told her how I wanted it. She had to fix it 3 times when I had enough because at that point theres no salvaging what I wanted. I paid and left no tip. Will not return!
