Horrible experience! Two weeks ago I went into this store looking for a replacement viper remote, I was told it would be $55.00 for a new one. I logged onto Amazon while still in the store and found the exact same remote (brand new) for 20$. I showed the man helping me this and asked if I bought it if could I bring it back for programming the guy responded very nicely with a yes, so I ordered the remote. While now I have the remote and went back in to get it programmed and now I'm told it's 60$ to program it but if I bought it from them the programming is free. While clearly by purchasing the remote online I was looking to save money and if I would have been told that the programming cost more then just purchasing the remote through them I would have done so from the beginning. I find it very odd that I was not told about the programming fee at my first encounter, I don't expect the programming to be free but I also didn't expect it to be more than the remote itself especially when I made it clear that I was looking elsewhere for the remote to not pay the 55$ but now if I continued my business with them it would cost me a total of 80$. The employees at this location need to get on the same page and follow through with what they tell their customers.
