  • ***OVER PROMISE UNDER DELIVER*** That should be their motto. The commercials sound great and they have amazing sales people on the phone but the service for the price is completely different. The service guy spent most of his visit trying to UP SELL me on services I thought were included in the visit!!! Very disappointed.
