  • Really bad customer service. Long lines. Lots of employees milling about, texting and talking but not helping customers. When you finally get to the counter they have a very lackadaisical attitude. They have a great location so they are very busy and don't seem to care about losing customers. They lost me. I advise you to rent cars and trucks elsewhere.
