  • Wish we read reviews first. After closer inspection there is a lot of shoddy work especially the paint and base boards likely bc the co makes their construction guys rush. Communication is not great with the builder. Their attitude is basically like "fuck you we got your money so now you're in your own". Nice floor plans etc but terrible company. Would NOT recommend. They also totally squeeze you for every last dollar and play dumb at CalAtlantic Mortgage. It's pretty sick. I don't like this company at all so far. I hope someone high up there is reading this and they get their shit together and stop taking advantage of hard working people. If not, they can expect me writing up more bad reviews, posting pictures of their crap work all over and spreading it across social media and anywhere else I can find. Get your shit together Cal Atlantic!
