  • My husband purchased my engagement ring and wedding band from the location in Indianapolis, IN a few years ago and I have always been more than pleased with the quality of the jewelry and the amazing warranty. Today, we walked in the Scottsdale location to purchase some diamond earrings. I had an idea what I wanted and our sales associate Diane brought everything out that matched what I wanted. I kid you not I probably tried on two different pairs of hoop earrings ten times each before I made a decision. I was very indecisive and not sure I even wanted to purchase today. Diane was very kind and did not try to push me at all. She even told me she liked the less expensive earrings more which is surprising because usually they try to get you to purchase the more expensive product. I'd highly recommend Shane & Co and if you decide to go there ask for Diane.
