  • First time to this hotel. I was here for a work conference and unless my company books me here again, I won't be back. No Internet cable in my room, or response to get one brought up. The guy didn't believe me when I told him there wasn't one in the room. I'm an educated person, believe me I know when an ethernet cable is not there! No hot water in the morning for a shower in my room. Ran the tap for nearly 10 min waiting. While I was pleased to see a keurig in the room, they put it on a high cabinet so you can't actually see into the machine to tell how much water is needed! My room backed onto the parking lot and I got to listen to car alarms going off all night. As part of my conference, our room backed onto another room that another company was using. Between their music and our rooms AC noise, we could barely hear each other even with a mic. Would not recommend this hotel based on my experiences
