  • The dealership is staffed by friendly, cheerful professionals; and accommodations are comfortable. Our salesman, Jeremy Clark, is very knowledgeable, with an obvious passion for the product-line. We came to the lot initially to replace my wife's Santa Fe with a newer model; but after a lot of patient explanations of features from Jeremy, we decided to downsize to the Tucson. Although we consider this a "downsize" it is definitely not a "downgrade." The model we drove away is loaded with higher-end features; and mileage and performance blows our previous vehicle away. Although possibly unfair to the dealership, the only reason for the four star rating is really about the manufacturer's recent limitations of the warranty coverage. in order to get the famous Hyundai full coverage you have to pay extra. In the end, it's still a fair deal, but feels a little like getting bushwacked in the finance office.
