  • Still sitting in the waiting room to be seen. First of all, this place called me/ texted me at least 4 times to confirm my appointment in the span of 5 days. One time they confirmed, they gave me the wrong time. Then I got a 5th call asking me to come in early to see Dr Reyes because she needed to leave, and that I'd be seen right away. An HOUR later and I'm still sitting here, after I rearranged my schedule to accommodate hers!!!! Seriously this is so unprofessional. Haven't even gotten to the appointment yet. Stay tuned...
