  • Awful place. I went here for a urine drug test for work. I walked in and right away was helped and I provided a urine sample and then was told it wasn't enough and that I would have to retest. Not that big of an issue, I was 100% compliant with them. I was NOT allowed to leave the building and had to sit in the freezing cold temperature that their office is a basically chugged 20 glasses of water over the span of about an hour and a half. I then provided them with another urine sample and then they had the audacity to tell me that it was diluted. I was so confused because I literally staying in their office for an hour and a half drinking only water and did not leave the building once and also, they watched me drink all this water. No duh it's diluted I wasn't allow to leave and go eat or drink something other than water. They then ask me to stay and retest which I thought was stupid because the results would be the same as again I would not be allowed to leave and have nothing to drink but water. I told them I would come back first thing tomorrow morning and provide them with a proper sample as I had already spent about 3 hours at this place. She then said if I left she would tell my employer I refuse to test (even though I provided them with two samples). Luckily my employer had previously gotten a bad rep from this place and allowed me to retest at another facility. I do NOT recommend coming here!!!
