  • One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I went to pick up a package that I had been notified was delivered to this location. The woman working seemed annoyed that I was even in the store. Upon looking for the package for a few minutes claimed that she "couldn't find it" and "would take to long to look" and tried to send me on my way. I insisted that it was there and upon looking further she found it and very rudely completed the transaction. Made for a very uncomfortable and unwelcome experience. Will be using Fedex from now on.
