  • A couple of the staff members were friendly, but the one staff member who I have seen there twice looked like she would rather have been anywhere but there. I didn't feel comfortable with her taking care of my dog. I specifically told the staff that my dog hates being wet by the hose (this was August and very hot). When I picked up my dog that afternoon, he was wet and shaking. I was thinking of boarding, and on a tour of the place, I was not allowed to see the inside of the cages. The staff member told me that they do not allow people to step into the inside play area. I had requested to contact the owner, but the staff told me to email through the site. Of course I got no response back. I was told that the cameras they have are for the backroom so that the staff can monitor the dogs while they play. I asked to see the backroom with the televisions, but they said I can't. The cameras in the walls looked fake and not on, that's why I questioned them about it. I have recently received coupons for a free day of play, which I will not be using. The staff at S. Rainbow is overall shady and unhappy looking. I might try another location even though it's farther away.
