| - Another terrible experience!
So, I've given this Danny's Carwash plenty of chances to make it right. I've been coming there for months now and the main reason I come back is because it's the closest to my house. After the last experience I'm done coming to this location.
Just like the previous user wrote, they always try to upscale you on things! Example: Windshield damage, I have a company car, I know my windshield needs to be replaced, don't you think I would come up to you and ask you how much will it cost me to replace this windshield if I needed a new windshield? Every time I go to Danny's they always ask me the same questions, Sir, your windshield has cracks in it I can replace it at no expense to you! I'm like really? Without filling an insurance claim? Well no it's thru the insurance. Well I don't need to place a claim under my insurance when the windshield is busted completely I WILL come to you to replace it, till then leave it alone!
Back to the my last experience... So I go in get the car washed everything is fine, and go to tip the guy get in the car leave, and I ended up making a stop before getting home and I look at the car on the right side it looks like crap! They didn't clean the windows, they didn't wipe down the chrome, I was like really? One the driver side they take their time make you think they did a great job all the way around, come to find out it's a half done job!
Danny's need to start paying attention to detail, I didn't pay $20+ to get a full car wash and only end up getting half worth my money.
