  • I saw this company on a groupon and decided to look up their website for more information. On there, I saw a price of $89 for the whole house. No limitations or fine print list. There was also a price of $69 for cleaning of a sofa/love seat. I called and spoke to the receptionist and told him what I saw on the website and he said that is in fact the price. When the cleaning guys arrived, they wanted to take measurements of the house. I asked why they were doing it and if they charged extra after a certain amount of square feet. They told me that the $89 is for up to 1000 feet and does not include stairs. I physically showed them the website so they can see what I saw- a price with no limitations or fine print. He said that his manager needs to update it, but their flyers do have fine print. I told him that I understand that, but I saw the website and not the flyer. So I asked if they could honor the price since that is what is listed on the website. They said it was too much carpet for the price, then explained the total would be double the price that was listed on the internet plus $5 per stair and that my sofa/love seat would cost $100 to be cleaned. I explained that this was false advertising and asked them to leave. They left the house, sat in their van for a minute and came back. One of the guys showed me the flyer and I told him that I understand that the flyer says that, but the website does not. While this conversation was taking place, his coworker sat in the van laughing. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone.
