  • I went to Queen St W location today. The staffs who accommodated me and my niece as we enter the place were nice. When the lady named Nem started buffing my nails and putting the base polish, I questioned her due to the fact that my nails became rough instead of smooth. She said don't worry about it. I said to her it's my first time seeing my nails getting buffed and not being polished smooth before putting the base gel. So, they started talking with their native language. She redo it, and I am still not satisfied. I let it slide so I can leave that place. Even my niece did not like it at all. She charged me of $20 instead of $15 and me being nice, still gave her tip. It was my first time going in there and will be the last.
