  • I cannot express how awesome Robert and his crew are! My husband and I were left with a half demolished kitchen when our previous contractor just decided not to show up one day, and never show his face again. We have been through so much with our home remodel that I was beginning to loose faith that someone could help us. Thanks to a friend, we came across Universal Solutions! Robert Abrego Jr. is the lead, and he is so professional, kind and always on time!! Robert came by to look at our situation and he spent a lot of time taking measurements, explaining what he was going to do and how much it would cost. A couple days later, he brought over Pedro who is another key person in this group. The two of them meticulously went over all the measurements twice, talked in great detail how they were going to put up our beautiful backsplash and countertops and kitchen sink and bar. There was one problem. Our kitchen had been abandoned for so long, we were having a Christmas party and needed the kitchen to be completed before that. Robert felt very confident that they could have our kitchen finished in two days. Well, they finished the kitchen in two days!!!!! It wasn't easy, there were several obstacles that popped up, that were time consuming and there was a lot of brainstorming. Also, true to his promise... Robert and his men worked until past midnight on a Saturday- our party was the next day! One of his crew members went out and got RedBull, and they worked tirelessly! I was so happy and so impressed!! First class people!! Family run and operated! I don't want anyone else besides Universal Solutions to do further work on our home. Thank you so much Robert!!!! You saved our kitchen and our Christmas party!!!
