  • Terrible experience. They issued me a card that someone else had used and turned in, nothing worked, I went to the front and the manager helped me 5 times before they figured out what was the problem. I wanted a refund which they didn't give and instead gave me a credit to come back. This was such a waste of my time, Money and my daughters time. Also the some staff members had a family party there so they let all their family cut in lines. There are so many other places in the Valley to have fun, this isn't worth the money or time.
