I already forgot the girls name who answered my call....but she completely was OUT OF LINE. I have been tanning here for well over 5 months and was told that because my card was stolen and my auto payment did not go through, I would be forced to pay for 3 weeks of tanning that I did not even get to use! I was never informed of this and simply just was too busy to come in to tan for those three weeks. I called in to make sure that I could have a new start date (as of today) and pay my regular $80+ for unlimited tanning on their most expensive bed. This is something I pay for consistently and THOUGHT I was a valued customer. Unfortunately the girl on the phone undermined me, had an attitude a mile long, and told me that it was MY fault for not coming in to tan for 3 weeks. (mind you I have a very expensive unlimited plan and can come in as I please. I should never have to answer to any one who speaks so rudely to customers.) I was also never informed of their policy regarding start dates? Maybe because they have SO MANY NEW WORKERS EVERY SINGLE MONTH. They are poorly trained and know nothing about the product. She was using a lot of run around language and attempted to swindle me into paying $80+ for the 9 days left on my monthly plan, and then proceeded to tell me that I would need to pay another $80+ for "the next month." Where I am from, a customer who has been there for MONTHS should be valued and treated properly. I am unsure of this girls name as I was so taken aback at her attitude, but she was working at around 1pm today. I will be leaving celebrity and taking my business elsewhere. I suggest you all do the same. Not to mention the girls are always on their phones and snobby here anyways. Save your $$$ and go somewhere that they value longterm AND short term customers.
