  • The new word in men's fashion is this tasteful, carefully curated, and hyper-masculine boutique on St-Viateur. The focus here is on well-crafted versions of the classics--oxford shirts, raw denim jeans, Scandinavian-style sweaters. But the folks at Savoie Fils have also assembled a wide variety of quality accoutrements to complement the gentlemanly lifestyle, including shaving equipment, Baxter of California toiletries, Opinel knives, J.W. Hulme leather goods, and even Stanley thermos bottles. Nice staff, too: friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy in the least. Important update: Now featuring an ultra-stylish coffee bar (!) run by the good people at CafĂ© Myriade (!!). Oh, yeah, and there's talk of getting a dĂ©panneur license so that they'll be able to sell beer (!!!) and other sundries. Next level.
