| - Called tonight, and easily made an appointment for my boyfriend and I. I made an 830 appointment for two 90 minute sessions.
We walked in, and the place seemed clean, had decent decor, and we were greeted. My boyfriend had a woman, and I had a man.
At first, the pressure on my head/face and neck were decent. But once he moved to my arms, is when the pain started.
He would start to rub my arms with no lotion, so there was just friction. It almost gave me a burning sensation. When he did add lotion, the pressure was so aggressive.
He never asked if I was okay - even when I was pulling my limbs away and saying "OW". Which I thought was universal in any language.
The two coworkers were also talking, and laughing with one another , didn't help with relaxation.
Some parts of the massage were decent, but I would say I pulled away from my guy about 9 or 10 times.
and now, the most ridiculous part.
On yelp, there's a check in offer. 10% your first visit. Cool. Seeing as how I'm paying for two sessions, that I would get 10% off both, seeing as how it says my visit.
Well, they had to call someone, to get permission, I'm guessing. And then they informed me that I could only use 10% on one. Um. Kay. I guess. I paid cash, and included tip
She counted the money two or three times, and then proceeded to pull out a tip chart- and they said that I needed to tip more.
It was then that I pointed at their own sheet, and informed them that it had the word suggestion in it. Honestly, they're quite lucky I didn't take the tip back. Disgusting, really. Especially when I tipped them both 20%, BEFORE the 10% off one.
Tips are earned, they are not required.
