We bought a Veloster with the extended warranty back in '12. We finally used the warranty on a passenger side window problem. Our bill was "0" and off we went. However, we soon found out that they fixed the window but the door doesn't work at all. They didn't put the door back correctly nor bothered to test drive the repair! The door Won't open & won't lock and the handle sliced my daughter's hand when trying to get out... So, my wife uses her day off to drive to the dealer to have this fixed. The appointment was to replace the locking mechanism. They didn't have the part and now we have to go back another time to fix their original service problem. I'm glad that we did not use this dealer when we bought our new Santa Fe. I won't recommend this dealer and will make it a point to recommend Earhardt Hyundai in N. Scottsdale
