  • I am glad that I found Dr. John Ormand. I hurt my back and I've been to plenty of chiropractors over the years. Some good, some bad and some so-so. I am new to the area and I was in the shopping complex where the HealthFirst office is located. I am so glad I went in and had an adjustment. I am feeling a lot better and I have a good chiropractor now for whenever my back flares up.
