I started taking classes here in November 2011 and I enjoyed some of them as the instructors were inconsistent. I started right at a time that changes were being made, instructors were leaving and new employees were coming in. I LOVED the new staff however within a year the staff has changed yet again. The owner comes in from time to time but does not spend any time getting to know her customers. As often as her staff changes you would think she would try to gain customer loyalty to the gym. We train with the instructors and become loyal to them, not LAB, so if they leave, so do most of the people they train. I treated LAB like my second home as I had my 3 children and myself enrolled for over a year. You could find me there twice a day, 5 times a week until I started to feel like I had dollar signs on my forehead every time I walked through the door. That's no way to keep my business. It's unfortunate because LAB could be awesome, but it lacks a happy, loving staff and owner!
