I took my car in because I had a few concerns. The biggest one was related to my headlights. My car was one of the lucky Lexus vehicle that came with the low quality UV protective coating. They got foggy after 3 years. When I told the service specialist, he rolled his eyes and told me it was due to an environmental issue; he assured me that Lexus will not honor the warranty claim. I disagreed with him. Went to the dealership in Tucson where I used to take my car for service, and had all positive experiences... Day and night difference; the specialist over there, not only listened to my concerns. He went above and beyond. He also noticed that the blinker light was getting damaged, and ordered those for me. Then, he told me that dealership did not have one of them in stock, and was not going to get there until tomorrow. "Bummer... I will have to come back tomorrow", i said. His response: "no need, you can take the loaner with you to Phoenix". :) That's what I call superb customer service. Thank you to Jim, I will buy another Lexus. I will just have to drive down to Tucson... And I don't mind it.
