  • Have used this place at least 5 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME my balloon order has been messed up. I've had them leave giant price tags on the main front part of the balloon.... Give me strings that were far too short even though I specifically said full length... Balloons that were half deflated when I picked them up right on time. The staff complains to me about how terrible the job is every time I'm in there. Get it together guys... Stop complaining and do your job correctly. If it wasn't for the fact that this is the only party store anywhere close to me, I would never return again.
