My wife and I were looking forward to solar power and thought we giving back. Soon after installation we also had a pigeon problem. I have pigeon feces in my yard and they are noisy. I called Sunrun multiple times, first two days I was on hold for a long time and no answer. 3rd day i spoke with a customer service rep who simply stated they need to have someone come out but it would be our cost to install critter guards. I told them no and needed to talk to supervisor, Sup took two days to call me back! i was even more irate. Supervisor said it would be our cost to install them and there was nothing they can do and not their problem. I sent message to CEO (Lynn) and no response! no help what so ever from SunRun! I am now working with my attorney to get this issued resolved.
