Let me first say that my hair dresser was great. I liked her and she did a good job.
My problem with this salon was the price. Most Aveda salons are non tipping so the price includes a tip for the hair dresser. This salon was not one of those salons. Normally that would still be okay with me except their prices were just as high if not higher than other TIPPING aveda salons.
My trim cost $40, my highlight cost $100, and then I was charged $35 for toner. So in total it was $175 plus tax then added tip. I've always gone to an Aveda salon and never have I paid that much. Aveda at Casals and Rometrics included tip and were lower than $150 for same service. Price does matter to me so this will be my first and last time to go to this salon. I, like most Americans don't have $200+ to shell out every 4-6 weeks just for hair.
