  • This place is great! I drop off dry cleaning and get my items altered at the same time. I always give them the courtesy of 24 hours or more for my items and in return i always receive a quality alteration ( they offer 30 minutes, but anything that can't wait 24 hours equals bad planning on your part, like the saying goes, " lack of planing on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part" ) Cry and complain about the 30 minutes or just choose to get your shit together and get your stuff there in a timely manner every other responsible human being. The owner is a small friendly girl, who is smart, savvy, honest and blunt, which i totally appreciate and find refreshing. I've seen scraggly looking ASU students bolder through there attempting to "haggle" (who the hell haggles for a pant/cuff hem) with the owner and she sweetly yet firmly lets them know the prices are set and if they would like to venture to whatever make believe place that offers them half her price they are welcome to but that they are also welcome back to her establishment at any time. Classy little lady, good for you! Like i said, her work is great and loyalty is always appreciated by them as well.
