  • This is my second vape shop, and I've spent hundreds of dollars on several tanks, accessories and batteries here. I still go to the first vape shop I found because Vape 2o does not have a flavor I like, or at least I haven't found one. They do have a fairly good selection, so maybe I just didn't stumble on one I like. For the most part, the guys at the shop are pretty nice and seem knowledgable. As far as tanks go, they all wear out and break, which isn't the store's fault. The last replacement they talked me into buying was a tank from a brand I had never heard of. I went back for dual coils, and they said they were out. I waited a week and returned, only to learn that they were still out. This was especially disappointing since I called ahead to see if they had them and the guy told me "Yes. We have those dual coils". So, I get there, and he tells me that they are out and might not ever get them back again! His reason: "the company keeps telling me they are out of stock" Way to rush me off of the phone without even listening to my question! A complete waste of my time in coming over there to pick up something I called to confirm they had! I would NOT have bought this tank in the first place if not for the salesman convincing me that the coils "last much longer". Basically, I wasted $30 on what amounted to a tank rental. It's worthless without coils, which they no longer sell. They don't seem to be available anywhere. In my opinion, they should really research the hardware they choose to represent and sell. All of this said, I understand that it is not in their control whether the manufacturer stops making an item. What IS in their control is customer service. They could have offered a discount on a new product. He was by no means rude, but he could have, at the very least PRETENDED to care about my issue. Vape shops are a relatively new business, and there is certainly no shortage of them in Vegas. I guess the folks opening these shops, or maybe the people they employ to run the shop, have a little to learn about customer service. Very disappointing experience.
