Had the most horrible experience with this place. Booked a car for 25th Dec 2015 2pm pickup and received a confirmation from them. This was all done a month earlier. However, upon reaching the place we find it to be closed. Sure, I understand that Christmas day will affect the store hours and what not. But, they should not have confirmed the reservation when they are going to be closed. The representative who spoke to us said that it was "NOT HER PROBLEM" that the location was closed and she could not do anything about it but make us pay extra $$$ to get another car from another location which is somehow open today. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT UNDERSTANDABLE. Why would I book a month in advance just to pay extra cash and be treated like crap. I expect them to make some adjustments and accommodate the reservation. THIS is NOT ACCEPTABLE. HORRIBLE service from Dollar. I always book car through enterprise and I NEVER faced such issues. Their customer service representatives are always helpful
