  • Are you afraid of flavor? Then stay away from this humble little trailer. I dined here for lunch with my girlfriend while we were out running errands. I had a half rack of ribs and they are by far the best I have ever tasted. They are smoked for 7-8 hours, perfectly tender. I had nothing left but clean bones!! The sauce on the outside was sweet and peppery with a little tang to offset the rich smoke flavor. My girlfriend had the brisket and it was deliciously tender as well. We also shared a side of potato salad(with kalamata olives) and nice fluffy long grain rice. If you love BBQ you HAVE to try this spot!
