Upon making my reservation online on the Wynn website to celebrate my birthday in Las Vegas, I was under the impression that I was going to receive buffet passes for each night of my stay as I had received on my previous trip to the resort. Upon check in I was told that it was only ONE SET...really?
My reservation also stated that I would receive a complimentary ticket to Showstoppers, but when I arrived I was told that the show was dark. When I asked to speak with the Front Desk Manager to see what could be done instead, he walked over and smugly stated that there was nothing they could do, no cash value, sorry (very condescending). I showed him the PRINTED RESERVATION which stated I would receive a ticket and he said that the system didn't show anything. SO why did my PRINTED RESERVATION state that I would receive a ticket then? Completely no empathy or problem solving...just a "I'm sorry, there is nothing we can do."
Then while shopping at the HOME STORE, the employee walked right up to my wife and I and followed us around until I asked him to back off until I needed some assistance. I was considering buying some of the bedding, but decided against doing so because the guy was treating us like we were trying to either steal or break something. Completely ridiculous!
