  • Just another VS chain. Maybe I've been spoiled by past locations with great service, but if you make eye contact with an associate and they just ignore you when you are actually trying to get their attention, that's annoying to me. Sunshine, the associate in the front, was wonderful and welcoming and I should have just gone to her. Also, their checkout lines make absolutely no sense, especially for a retailer that makes a lot of sales. It gets confusing and by the time customers reach the register, they want to kill the other customers because there is no real indication of which line is for which register and it seems like everyone is cutting you. Luckily, an associate saw that my line wasn't getting any love and attention and made it a point to ask her associate to pay attention.
