2015 - decent experience. No great concerns. Fast forward to 2017 when we needed to upgrade to a bigger vehicle. Returned to Moore Jeep-Moore Auto-Peoria Subaru for a refund on GAP/Warranty. I went in person (Nick was obviously annyoyed) but it still took 3 emails & a phone call (Supervisor Steve attempted to appease me)....but all ignored with not even a confirmation that they received the necessary paperwork. Too bad Moore financing is so bitter that we went elsewhere...we really liked our Forrester & were potential past and future customers...but now you can consider us only "past" customers.
