  • Update: As you can see, Mr. Jose Torres made a public response to my original post on 5/9. I emailed him right away and asked what he proposed to make this situation right (which, considering I'm alleging fraud, might be difficult). Mr. Torres never responded. So, I guess when it comes down to it, Ford Country is more interested in giving the appearance of being responsive than actually being that way. Or, perhaps, their legal department told Mr. Torres to back off.
