  • Luckily, I didn't rent with these guys. I submitted an application, their leasing office staff lied to me and said it was approved, so I kept asking them to send me the lease in order to sign it. But for 10 days they didn't return my calls and when they did, they kept lying to me saying that everything was ok and I shouldn't worry. After all the waiting and waste of time, they said I wasn't approved which is because of their incompetency and incompetent system, as I rented even more expensive apartment couple of days later with no problem and I've never had a problem renting a place except with these guys. Luckily they showed me how sloppy they are and careless sooner than later.
