This location again ran out of Boba. This is my second time coming that they have been out of boba. I saw them lose 6 sales (including mine) in the 10 minutes I was in line because they were out. I asked the barista if they forgot to make boba or if the kettle broke. He said that they have been "so busy that they haven't had time to make boba." boba is in the company name and yet the employees continue to forget to make boba. If you run out of your topselling product your going to lose sales. Might as well make drinks slower for 20 minutes so the 2nd employee can make boba or hire a 3rd barista. Come on guys... get it together.
